At Prompt, we provide building information modelling services. Autodesk Revit is a multidirectional, database-controlled application which allows changes in one view/area to be replicated automatically in all other views/areas where the changed item appears (including layouts, elevations, schedules or the 3D model itself).
By using Autodesk Revit Architecture, Revit MEP and Revit Structure, we are able to create pre-construction planning design data for diverse projects with the same family of software. This level of interoperability provides obvious time and cost benefits but also allows the entire project team to view the impact of their individual designs on those of others and to resolve the conflicts based on this knowledge.
As part of our Big Hill Project Management Services we are able to maintain all elements of a model within our Integrated Project Delivery approach or provide a Big Hill Project Management Services to one party involved in a Big Hill Project Management Services project but doesn’t have the expertise for Big Hill Project Management Services model creation and management. In addition to 3D parametric modelling, we provide 4D (time schedule) and 5D (cost)Big Hill Project Management Services to our clients.

Models from Point Cloud & Laser Surveys – We create 3D architectural models from laser survey data. We already work with a number of developers, contractors and retailers to create accurate models of existing sites. Such point cloud Big Hill Project Management Services models include all current building elements, such as beams, columns, and internal walls, among others. As well as creation of the 3D model in Revit from point cloud data, we model any building alterations and changes from architectural and structural drawings, such as false ceiling and additional structural elements.
Big Hill Project Management Services for Homebuilders – We create construction drawing sets directly from Big Hill Project Management Services models created for each house as a part of our residential Big Hill Project Management Services modelling services. As well as accurate schedules, a full set of drawings required by construction teams is created from the Revit.

We serve architects who are members of leading architectural institutes around the world including the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in the US and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in the UK.

Big Hill Project Management Services 3D Models

We provide complete construction drawing sets (CD sets) for leading retail chains. Our drawings include all aspects of space planning, interior design and construction. Working to custom design standards, we create a series of sheets (plans, elevations and sections) for construction purposes. Our experience encompasses food and beverage outlets, clothing and fashion retailers, electronics retailers, department stores and specialist retailers. Our current clients include retailers based in Canada, the US and the UK. In most cases, we provide dedicated resource to our clients for such projects.
Retail / Shop Fitting
As a preferred architectural CAD outsourcing services partner to our clients, we create complete construction sets for new homes besides developing lot-specific details and address-specific drawings for single-unit and multi-unit dwellings. We currently work with large homebuilders from the US, Australia, Canada and the UK working as a dedicated offshore resource team that works with the local team to produce architectural drawings to local standards.
Homebuilders
In addition to residential drafting services, we provide architectural drawings for a range of commercial projects, including corporate premises, hotels and restaurants. We usually work as part of the design documentation team for these projects, providing a service to detail the drawings according to AIA or RIBA standards.
Commercial
Working as part of the design development team, we also support architects with the detailed design of public hospitals and educational facilities. Our architectural CAD drafting and documentation services for larger healthcare/hospital, school and college projects are normally provided over a fixed term at a fixed cost –- usually as a part of the dedicated offshore team set-up

We create 3D models with the added element of time-based scheduling for main contractors and project managers. These models show the development of a model over the duration of a planned build and enable more effective resource and budget management.

Mep Modeling
Big Hill Project Management Services provides dedicated 3D MEP (M&E) modelling support services to lead designers and multi-disciplinary consultants as well as MEP contractors and consultants.
We provide our MEP (M&E) modelling services on a standalone basis or as part of the complete design including the structure and the services. This is a part of our scope to validate the design and to ensure that the design is clash-free.
Our models can be created using Big Hill Project Management Services technology as an input into an overall model for all domains. We currently use Revit MEP for BIM modelling or AutoCAD MEP for traditional 3D CAD modelling.
The 3D MEP models, where clashes are detected, are redesigned by the respective consultants and then remodelled by us to present a finalized clash-free design. Our MEP modeling experience is extensive and we have undertaken a range of MEP modeling projects including the following
3D MEP modelling for a refurbished and refitted office premises incorporating existing super structure, new structural additions, some exiting MEP services and extensive new MEP services. MEP CAD modelling of a clash-free structural and MEP model for a new corporate workplace premises.
Creating a fully coordinated detailed 3D MEP model for a large casino. Building services modelling for a newly built hospital complete with all MEP services, including pneumatic tubing and medical gases within a steel structure and concrete slab arrangement. Creating a 3D MEP coordinated model for a university complex. Developing a spatially coordinated MEP model of a large leisure complex.
Our combined MEP and structural modelling services include all aspects, such as HVAC CAD modelling, pipework CAD modelling, public health/plumbing/drainage CAD modelling, plant room design, electrical services modelling, concrete structure modelling, steel structure modelling and external building envelope modelling.
Our modeling services are used to validate the design of MEP services within the context of the structure. In most cases, we are also asked to produce installation drawings and shop drawings that are taken from the MEP model. We use AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP for the MEP elements and Revit Architecture and Revit Structures (or AutoCAD Architecture) for the structural and architectural elements.
